Circuits That Think

I spent years on two benches. One had an oscilloscope, a reflow plate and a drawer of resistors nobody labels correctly. The other had a terminal, a training loop and a fan that never stopped.

The moment those benches merged is the moment my work got interesting. A sensor is not just a sensor once a model is listening to it — it becomes an opinion about the world, sampled at whatever rate you were brave enough to design for.

So now every schematic I draw has a second question written in the margin: what will the model need from this signal six months from now? Headroom is cheaper than a redesign. Always leave headroom.
